My take on Red Eye, the manipulative, slick tongued, kind-hearted, but iron fisted dictator of the Fillydelphia ruins and servant of the Goddess.

Time taken: 2 hours. (I'm getting fast at this...)

He reminds me a lot of Andrew Ryan from Bioshock, especially in the way he talks during his speeches :)

Red Eye's plan was the last best hope for ponykind and it mostly succeeded. He is my favourite character too. Heroes have really bad grasp of elementary math and will put many at risk for a chance to save few. Cold, calculating bastards get things done.

Red Eye was quite possibly the best character on FO:E.
I put him right up there with Sephiroth (Final Fantasy VII) on my scale of Villainous Awesomeness.
Maybe it's because he feels like Lord Ashur + President Eden + Caesar...

This guy is just so bad-ass, without even trying. And this picture makes him justice.

You got his colours spot on to how I imagined them.

Would he be more of a tall squarejaw do you think? Or rounded like this?

Actually, I've entertained the idea of him being small and not immediately imposing. It's his mind and actions that make him scary, not his appearance, and I think it fits better not only to how the fanfiction portrays him, but also to his own philosophy that he never intends to be the center of attention forever.
